Nathan Strout is the director of spatial technology for the Center for Spatial Studies at the University of Redlands. Strout is a GIS educator, researcher, and developer with a passion for effective communication and decision-making through the use of geospatial technology and GIS. Christian Harder is a writer at Esri and author of Understanding GIS: An ArcGIS Project Workbook Esri Press, 2013, as well as number of other books on GIS.
